Lucy Liu was born in the United States. She is an American singer, actress and voice actor. She's attractive and intelligent actress who inspires many Asian actors to succeed in Hollywood. An array of highly successful initial performances in popular TV series led to her becoming famous for joining the cast on Ally McBeal, where she played Ling Woo. In the wake of her popularity, she was offered significant parts for her in Shanghai Noon (1998) and Charlie's Angels (2000). For Kill Bill Volume 1, Quentin Tarantino, she gave a stunning performance as Japanese crime boss O-Ren Ishii. In addition, she played lead characters in failed box office films such as Rise: Blood Hunter. Then, she was a voice actress in animated films, including Kung Fu Panda. Mia Mason from Cashmere Mafia was a small role that failed to have any impact.
